The exciting opportunity

  • Permanent full time role working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
  • Be based at our 41 bed aged care facility in Mosman
  • Plan and deliver activity programs that cater to resident needs and preferences
  • Accompany residents on outings enabling them to take part in social events
  • Support residents with mobility, nutrition and hydration management, and meaningful activities that promote wellbeing
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with residents, families, and staff
  • Complete comprehensive progress notes that accurately reflect resident's care

About you

  • Experience as a Lifestyle Officer in residential aged care
  • Proactive, autonomous, compassionate, excellent communication skills, and able to build strong rapport with residents
  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Health is highly regarded
  • Unlimited working rights in Australia is essential
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and flu vaccination, or willingness to obtain
