We're bringing a fresh and exciting modern Vietnamese takeaway pop-up to life and are on the hunt for a Front of House Manager to lead the experience. This is a unique opportunity to step into a fast-paced, high-energy role where no two days are the same. As Front of House Manager, you'll be the face of our concept, ensuring smooth day-to-day service, driving a positive team culture, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and motivating the FOH team during service.
  • Managing daily operations including rosters, stock, and service flow.
  • Delivering warm, genuine customer service in a busy, takeaway-focused environment.
  • Upholding presentation and service standards.
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of FOH staff.
  • Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth communication and service.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous management or supervisory experience in a hospitality environment (takeaway or casual dining a plus)
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering a memorable guest experience
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and confident in a fast-paced setting
  • Flexibility to work across days, nights, and weekends as needed
