Our leading Dual Southside Real Estate Agency requires an Administrator to assist with the day‐to‐day functions of the office.
The main focus of this job is to support the Office Staff & Sales Agents.
Your Daily Jobs consists of but are not limited to:
- Answer and forward any incoming phone calls and taking detailed messages when required.
- Assist accounts, property managers and sales team.
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, scanning and general book keeping duties such as banking, accounts payable etc.
- Helping all Staff in the Office
- Ordering of stationery
- Maintaining the presentation of the office area.
- Plus much more
You will need to have excellent attention to detail, a proactive approach and great communication skills.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:
