Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to boost engagement, conversions, and sales.
  • Create strategies for email marketing to enhance customer retention and acquisition.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of email campaigns to optimize future efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Manage the email marketing calendar and schedule to ensure timely campaign delivery.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms and tools.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in email marketing.
  • Experience in optimizing email campaigns.
  • Knowledge of email compliance regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act).
