PMO Operations Coordinator
to be the operational backbone of our project delivery team in Sydney.

In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with our Services Director, Project Managers, and Practice Team Leads to ensure we're delivering projects efficiently and effectively. You'll use your keen eye for detail to track a wide range of information; from team utilization and project reporting to consultant certifications and timesheets, all while keeping a positive and collaborative approach.

What You'll Do: The Details

  • Be the master of our project data:
    Maintain and audit project information, ensuring everything is accurate and up-to-date. This includes overseeing project reporting and timesheet reviews to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Keep the team on track:
    Collaborate with project managers and team leads to monitor team utilization and resourcing, making sure the right people are working on the right projects.
  • Manage small projects:
    Own and execute small-scale projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and with high quality.
  • Support the people side of operations:
    Maintain up-to-date consultant profiles and track team certifications. You'll also work with our recruitment team to maintain relationships with our network of contractors.

  • A natural with data and details:
    You have exceptional attention to detail and are skilled with tools like
    Microsoft Excel
    to manage, analyse, and report on complex data.
  • Organized and efficient:
    You can manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • A proactive problem-solver:
    You take initiative to improve processes and address potential issues before they become problems.
  • A strong communicator:
    You're comfortable collaborating with a wide range of people, from project managers to contractors, and can communicate clearly and effectively.
  • A minimum of
    2-3 years of experience
    in a PMO or similar coordination role.
