We have a position available to support our Property Managers in Cobar to perform a variety of administrative and Property Management assistant tasks.

Position requirements:

· Must have or the willing to obtain a certificate of registration, or do a traineeship to obtain a class 2 real estate licence

· Greeting & welcoming guests when they arrive at the office, directing clients to the appropriate person.

· Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls to appropriate persons.

· Provide basic and accurate information in-person or via phone/email.

· Receiving and soring daily mail.

· Social Media Advertising.

· Preparing Tenancy sign up documents.

· Processing tenancy applications, TICA, rental checks & employee checks.

· Update office window displays

· Organise open for inspections with tenants and Property Manager.

· Drivers Licence

· Taking Maintenance requests, vacate notices, tenancy applications & general enquiries.

· Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing and scanning.

· Managing and handing out keys.
