In addition to possessing influential communication skills, you can evaluate a range of options to translate complex ideas into compelling, evidence‑based funding submissions while maintaining a keen eye for detail through your strong analytical skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Project team is a dynamic, innovative, and multi‑skilled team that is passionate about building relationships with all stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes for our community.

Our Grants Officer is responsible for identifying, developing and managing funding opportunities that support Council's strategic priorities. Working collaboratively with Council staff, government agencies, community groups, consultants and funding bodies, you will coordinate the full grant lifecycle, from research and application, through to contract management, reporting and acquisition.

The salary range for this full‑time position ranges from $84,644 - $97,986 ($46.50 - $53.83/hr) plus superannuation, with employment terms and conditions in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award, working a nine‑day fortnight, 35 hours per week.

Please note that whilst this is a full‑time role, hours may be negotiable for the right candidate.
