Majestic Services Group is an industry leader in residential aged care cleaning. Our cleaning system is designed to minimise manual handling risks and protect our staff, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

We are seeking two reliable part-time cleaners to join our team in the Caulfield area.

About the Role

You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in a residential aged care environment.

  • Total Hours: 25.75 hours per week (shared between two cleaners)
  • Weekend Shifts: 3 hours on Saturday and 3 hours on Sunday (shared)
  • Remaining hours are worked Monday to Friday on a rostered basis

Your work will directly contribute to creating a safe, hygienic, and welcoming space for residents, visitors, and staff.

  • Are courteous and respectful towards the elderly
  • Have strong attention to detail and pride in their work
  • Can work under limited supervision
  • Are punctual and reliable
  • Have good communication and customer service skills
  • Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team

Requirements

  • Availability to work across a 7-day roster (hours shared between two cleaners)
  • Previous cleaning experience preferred (aged care experience advantageous but not essential)
  • Ability to pass a National Police Check prior to commencement
  • Full rights to work in Australia
  • Mandatory Vaccinations: COVID-19 (3 doses including booster) and Annual Influenza (as required in Victoria for aged care workers)
