Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
  • Greeting customers and maintaining a professional, well-presented showroom
  • Preparing and following up on quotes for 4x4 accessories and parts
  • Managing and processing customer orders efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate records and customer databases
  • Assisting with stock control and merchandising
  • Supporting warehouse and dispatch operations when needed
  • Working towards branch sales targets and KPIs in store and via phone
  • Contributing to online E-commerce custumer service space
  • Ensuring a safe and positive workplace environment
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in customer service or retail Automotive or 4x4 industry required
  • Trade, mechanical, or automotive background (advantageous but not required)
  • Requires confident computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Can work independently and unsupervised
  • Passion for 4WDs, camping, or the outdoors is a big plus
