Role:
Reporting to our Support Manager, the purpose of this role is to support the business by following up on overdue accounts, and making appropriate payment arrangements, in line with the business processes and legal requirements.
Responsibilities:
- The ability to exercise sound judgment and build cross-functional relationships with our customers, and within the business;
- Manage the accounts receivable tasks efficiently and consistently;
- Responsible for processing credit card payments received from customers, as well as setting up payment plans;
- Following up overdue accounts;
- Reconciliation of customer accounts;
- Meet all KPI's and targets for the role;
- Reviewing orders placed on hold and taking appropriate follow up actions;
- Conflict resolution, including account disputes, refunds, and other matters; and
- Any other tasks as required from time to time.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Excellent problem solving skills and initiative;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Exceptional time management skills;
- Ability to work in a team environment;
- Experience in Accounts Receivable or similar Debt Collection role; and
- Solid computer literacy, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
