About the role:

We are on the lookout for a superstar Account Manager / Business Development Executive, located in Wakerley, reporting to the National Sales Manager. Account Manager / Business Development Executive, you will drive new business opportunities (60% new business and 40% existing valued clients).

This opportunity presents a challenging and rewarding role where you'll work autonomously to deliver solutions that help customers identify and track their products across the supply chain all while working work with like-minded business professionals.

  • Foster trustworthy and communicative working relationships with customers to close/win development opportunities.
  • Manage existing key accounts with a focus on growth.
  • Hunt and look for new business opportunities.
  • Visual potential leads, actively pursue and qualify their sales potential.
  • Provide impeccable customer service with a high level of attention to detail while tracking all interactions.
  • Conduct Market Research and Planning to better understand, forecast and assist the business in continual growth.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver bespoke solutions in labelling, thermal printing, scanning and mobile computing.
  • Participate in Continuous learning to consistently provide customers with the best solutions with great market understanding and knowledge.

About you:

  • 2+ years' experience in a face-to-face sales role
  • CRM expert (experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 desirable).
  • Medium to High skills in MS Suit of products.
  • Knowledge of the labelling and coding equipment industry, major competitors, and insignia customers (highly regarded).
