The Position:

Due to continued growth of the College, we have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Receptionist to join our Christ-centered Reception team at our Werribee Campus.

This position requires someone with customer service qualities, who has the ability to prioritise and multitask with assisting our wide community of parents, students, staff and other visitors either in person, email and over Teams calls and chat groups as required.

This position is responsible for maintaining the reception area, as well as the kitchenette and boardroom facilities.

As this position is a casual role, you will be on call as needed.

The Person:

Can demonstrate a high level of communication, professional and interpersonal skills when relating to students, staff, families and the wider community.

  • Excellent administrative and computer skills are essential.
  • Experienced in use of Microsoft Suite, particularly Outlook Inboxes and Teams is essential.
  • Knowledge of school management system Synergetic is advantageous.
  • Demonstrates initiative and flexibility as you approach work with the ability to manage time well and prioritize tasks.
  • A team player – willing to help or provide avenues of support to other team members and colleagues if or when required.
  • Holds a valid Working with Children Certificate 'E' & Police check.
