APG is currently seeking experienced Road Worker for a 3-month contract within a Government Sector based out of Waratah.

  • Location: Waratah
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • End Date: 3 Months
  • $42.43 per hour + Super + Overtime + Allowances
  • Hours of work: 5 Days per week

  • Pothole repair
  • Minor pavement patching
  • Repair of signs and guardrails.
  • Vegetation and rubbish removal
  • Perform a variety of routine and repetitive physical tasks using hand and power tools, and machines either as an individual or as part of a team assisting more skilled workers such as Trades Workers, and Machinery Operators and Drivers. Includes Road Workers.

Essential Criteria:

  • White Card - Required
  • Traffic Control tickets - Preferred
  • Worker on Foot Qualification - Required
  • Working at Heights – Preferred
  • MR License Required
  • Must be available to travel away up to 2 weeks at a time - Additional allowances paid
