  • Managing an allocated caseload and completing therapeutic services in a timely manner
  • Assessing participants emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
  • Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
  • Assist with guiding, collaborating with and reflecting with allocated New Grad/Junior staff members and/or a student.
  • Review New Grad/Junior staff members and/or a student's reports and documentation.
  • Conduct weekly scheduled contact (phone or face to face) with New Grad/Junior staff members and/or a student.
  • Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance
About you
  • Current registration (or eligibility for registration) with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience in delivering person-centred Occupational Therapy services
  • Demonstrated at least 3 years clinical OT experience within community, rehabilitation and/or paediatrics
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Current and valid Working with Children and Police Checks
  • Valid Driver's license and access to reliable motor vehicle
  • The ability to work independently
