We are looking for a Test Analyst with experience with Workday HCM, to join a large transformation project in the education sector.

Location:
Sydney

Rate:
$600 per day

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct hands-on testing of various Workday modules, including Hire-to-Retire, Compensation, and Absence management.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test cases based on functional requirements and user stories.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using our issue tracking system.
  • Collaborate with the testing team and developers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Participate in test planning and review meetings.
  • Contribute to the improvement of our testing processes.

Required Skills,

  • 2-3+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong emphasis on functional testing.
  • Proven track record testing Workday HCM or a comparable HR system.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
