Hillis Motor Group, part of the Australian Automotive Group, is seeking an ambitious and experienced General Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across multiple brands. About the Role:

  • Oversee all sales operations across new and used vehicles.

  • Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Managers and Executives.

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise performance and profitability.

  • Champion the customer journey, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.

  • Work closely with senior leadership to deliver on targets and long-term vision.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or existing GSM within the automotive industry.

  • Strong leadership, motivational and coaching skills.

  • Commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • A passion for innovation, people, and delivering premium customer experiences.

  • A current NSW driver's licence.
