About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Chef to join our team for 25-38 hours per week. This role involves preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, managing day-to-day kitchen operations, and contributing to our exceptional dining offerings. Most shifts will be during the day, with some evening work for functions.
Hours: 25–38 hours per week (mainly daytime hours, with occasional evening work for functions)
Availability: Must be available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at a minimum.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard

Confidently manage breakfast and lunch service

Make and prepare sandwiches and light meals
-
Maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment

Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (golf clubs, cafes, bistros, or restaurants a plus).

Ability to work unsupervised and deliver consistent results.

Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is essential.

Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal communication skills.

A positive attitude and genuine passion for cooking and hospitality.
