We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our team at Hummus Restaurant in Southport.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist chefs with basic food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment.
- Wash dishes, cutlery, and cooking tools.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Support the kitchen team with daily tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous kitchen hand or hospitality experience preferred (but not essential).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and teamwork.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
