About Terra Verde:

Terra Verde is a joint venture between Webuild, GS Engineering & Construction (E&C) Australia, and Bouygues Construction Australia.

The joint venture combines experienced local personnel with global resources and expertise.

Terra Verde is delivering nearly 10 kilometres of parallel tunnels between Glen Waverley and Box Hill, including 39 cross passages and two station boxes at Glen Waverley and Burwood in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, as part of the Suburban Rail Loop Project.

This is the largest infrastructure project in Victoria's history, shaping Melbourne and Victoria for future generations.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating transport operations, including route planning, load scheduling, driver rostering, and overseeing fatigue management protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily transport operations, including route planning and load scheduling
  • Manage driver rosters and ensure fatigue compliance
  • Coordinate timely spoil load departures and optimise driver hours
  • Match vehicles to customer needs and maintain fleet availability
  • Deliver excellent customer service and uphold WHS standards
  • Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility and relevant legislation
  • Allocate resources to meet operational demands
  • Report workforce numbers accurately (permanent and casual)

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven years of experience in transport operations
  • Skilled in fleet scheduling and route planning
  • Experience with Tier 1 projects or contractors
  • Knowledge of axle weight and load regulations
  • Full driver's license
