The Campaign Analytics team maximizes customer value by delivering highly relevant, targeted, and personalised communications. By harnessing analytics and automation, the team creates seamless, multi-channel campaigns.

The Campaign Analyst plays a crucial role in developing insight-driven targeting strategies and data approaches for direct marketing and lead campaigns, optimizing performance across key metrics. This is achieved through close collaboration with communication managers and key stakeholders across the business.

Responsible for the design, development, implementation, and management of target audiences, the Campaign Analyst ensures the delivery of highly effective customer communications that drive engagement and results.

About the Role:

  • Leverage marketing software to design, develop, implement, and oversee data strategies that generate targeted customer audiences and key insights for campaigns.
  • Manage, monitor, and optimize campaign data assets and operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Continuously review campaign performance, identifying opportunities for refinement and improvement.
  • Operate within the team's defined risk appetite, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on colleagues' campaigns to maintain accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Partner with communication managers and business stakeholders to oversee existing campaigns and drive the development of new initiatives.
  • Champion continuous improvement efforts across operational and performance aspects to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.

What You Bring

  • Strong intellectual curiosity, keen attention to detail, and a rapid grasp of technical concepts.
  • Proficiency in querying relational databases and conducting data-driven analytics.
  • Exceptional planning, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Effective communicator across written, visual, and verbal mediums.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive optimized outcomes.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Tertiary qualification in a quantitative or other relevant discipline.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Competency across the full suite of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Desirable experience with SQL, or other relational data programming languages.
  • Experience with marketing software such as UNICA, PEGA, Adobe or similar is preferred.
