Seeking an experienced grader operator to start ASAP

Your new company

This civil contractor has secured a major infrastructure project in Canberra and is expanding its team to meet delivery milestones. Known for their precision earthworks and commitment to safety, they specialise in subdivision and road construction projects across the ACT region.

Your new role

This role will see you operating a grader on a busy civil site, assisting with bulk earthworks, trimming, and final shaping. You'll be working closely with site supervisors and other plant operators to ensure the project is delivered to spec and on schedule. General site duties and machine maintenance may also be required.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

  • VOC (Verification of Competency) for grader operation
  • White Card
  • Asbestos Awareness and Silica Awareness tickets
  • Proven experience operating graders in civil construction
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality
