Opportunity to join our team.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our strong service team. Working closely with all Departments, this customer facing role is critical for daily operations.

Duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

  • Develop and maintain effective customer relationships exceeding customer expectations
  • Communicate effectively with customers and other employees
  • Interact with the Team to ensure Targets and CSI are met.
  • Review completed repair orders ensuring standards are met.
  • Ensure the Team accurately quote and liaise with clients
  • Meet departmental and manufacturer KPI's
  • A desire to meet and exceed customer needs

To be considered for this role you should have:

  • Experience in a similar fast paced role
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and Service Departments
  • Sound computer literacy skills
  • Unrestricted Drivers licence
