Dolly's isn't just your average sweet stop. It's a cozy, feel-good destination for donuts, gelato, and coffee, inspired by the simple joy of great flavours and warm hospitality. We've always loved the spirit of the original "Donut Dollies" – the cheerful Red Cross women who brought treats and good cheer to those who needed it most – and that same sense of joy and generosity flows through everything we do.

With our much-anticipated new store in the beautiful Southern Highlands now open, we're looking for the right people to join our team and bring Dolly's to life in our newest home.

The Role: Kitchen All Rounder

The Kitchen All-rounder supports the day-to-day operations of the kitchen by maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, assisting with quality food preparation, and ensuring an organised and hygienic workspace.

This role is vital to the efficient running of the kitchen and contributes to the overall quality of the products and customer satisfaction.

Full-time, part-time, and casual positions are available now, with an immediate start for the right candidate/s.

What We're Looking For

1. Understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
2. A can-do attitude with a strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills.
3. The ability to work under pressure calmly and professionally.
4. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. At least 1 year experience in similar role
6. Someone who is already local or willing to relocate to the Southern Highlands
7. This position is only open to applicants with permanent work rights in Australia or those holding appropriate work visa for long term employment.
