An established organisation that works to design, build and operate a wholesale broadband access network for Australia.
About the role
- Develop post implementation documentation covering as-built documentation for implemented solutions, control gap closure assessments
- Develop configuration documentation like access control policies and security rules applied during implementation
- Develop technical user guides and reference materials for technical audience
- Conduct data collection and analysis to support validation, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, ensuring alignment across technical and business teams
- Possesses a solid background in IT with strong foundational knowledge of core information technology concepts and systems
- Develop process documentation and RACI
