About the Role :We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Analyst / BusinessCyber Analyst for a contract position.
In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and deliveringcyber security projects, ensuring best practices, and providing technical leadership to delivery teams.
You will play a crucial role in mapping business requirements to system specifications, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities :
Own the overall design of cyber security projects, applying industry knowledge and best practices.
Provide daily technical leadership to project teams and ensure successful project delivery.
Lead scrum ceremonies to achieve milestones and goals as required by the project.
Support meetings and interactions with project sponsors.
Prepare and maintain documentation such as business process flows, product architecture, and design best practices.
Analyse and identify risk areas, developing mitigation plans.
Key Skills :
Extensive experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, and security analysis.
Experience with cyber security, cloud solutions, databases, requirements definition, configuration, data models, and functional design.
Ability to discuss and apply cyber security concepts and practices.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Quick learner with creative thinking abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to apply new concepts and technologies.
Strong risk management skills for both project and enterprise risks.
Projects :
Develop a Cyber security Risk & Controls Matrix
Establish a Secure Configuration Management Program
Implement Web Application Firewalls (WAF) in Data Centers
Extend Certificate Authority for Intranet Apps
Qualifications :
Relevant tertiary qualifications and extensive experience in cyber security.
Expertise in Information Security Assurance, Endpoint Security, IAM, PAM, and regulatory standards.
Agile certification.
