Senior Cyber Security Business Analyst RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Cyber Security Business Analyst to join our team.
- Evaluate security controls of IT and OT to ensure protection against cyber-attacks and operational resilience.
- Identify and document critical infrastructure assets, conduct risk assessments, and develop mitigation strategies in line with SOCI Compliance in collaboration with OT, IT, and service providers.
- Perform gap analysis between current OT security practices and desired security posture; recommend actionable remediation steps.
- Experience in Network Segmentation and Split Tunneling, managing user access controls, and implementing Identity and Access Management.
- Knowledge of Privileged Access Management for monitoring and controlling access to critical assets.
- Collaborate with application teams to refine cybersecurity guidelines and SOPs addressing risks and achieving Essential 8 compliance.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage requirements traceability matrix throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to develop aligned technical and process solutions, ensuring milestones are met.
- Assist the project team with analysis and prepare artifacts like RACI matrices, training materials, and cybersecurity documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- IIBA certification in Business Analysis is preferred.
