The Opportunity
We're seeking a dynamic
Digital Graphic Designer
to join our Digital team. Reporting to the Head of Digital, this role will deliver cohesive, on-brand design across digital channels and physical products, ensuring a consistent and elevated brand presence that supports The Collagen Co's growth objectives.

You'll be responsible for creating compelling design assets that bring our brand and strategic vision to life across all customer touchpoints. This includes delivering high-quality marketing collateral across digital campaigns, ecommerce assets, and CRM, through to packaging, labels, and print materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality digital assets across website, ecommerce, email, social, and paid channels.
• Create website pages, landing pages, and campaign assets with a strong focus on usability, brand consistency, and conversion.
• Apply UI/UX best practices to deliver intuitive, responsive digital experiences.
• Produce dev-ready website designs with strong attention to detail and clear handover.
• Design engaging email campaigns and CRM flows aligned to marketing objectives.
• Develop digital advertising and campaign creative that capture attention, drive engagement, and support commercial objectives.
• Design creative and innovative product labels and packaging in line with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and outcomes.
• Incorporate customer feedback and performance learnings to continuously refine and improve digital design solutions.
• Continuously improve creative output by staying across design trends, tools, and best practices.

About You
You're a creative problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for building strong brands and high-performing digital experiences. You bring experience across digital design, branding, and multi-channel marketing, and thrive in a high-growth, collaborative environment.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years' experience in a similar digital graphic design role.
• Qualifications in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality digital design projects across branding, marketing, and multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, online channels, and brand development.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to feedback, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
• Experience using project management tools such as Monday to organise and track work.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and on-brand execution across digital platforms.
• Awareness of current design and social media trends, with the ability to engage target audiences while staying true to brand guidelines.
