The Role

We're looking for a Digital Designer who enjoys solving complex problems, not just producing digital assets. You'll work across a wide range of digital work, from websites, platforms, emails, and dashboards to social content, presentations and documents, creating clear, considered design for real audiences at scale.

This role suits someone who thinks in systems, understands audiences and journeys end-to-end, and designs with clarity, accessibility, effectiveness and adoption in mind.

What You'll Do

  • Design intuitive, accessible user experiences across websites, portals and platforms
  • Translate strategy and research into wireframes, flows, interactive prototypes and UI designs
  • Create clear, consistent design across digital platforms, social media, emails, presentations and documents, ensuring work is fit for purpose and audience.
  • Collaborate closely with strategists, designers, product and delivery teams
  • Contribute to customer journey mapping and UX problem-solving workshops
  • Design interfaces and guidelines that balance usability, compliance, and business goals
  • Support usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and data
  • Maintain design consistency across complex, multi-page platforms and systems

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years experience in digital design and/or UI/UX design
  • Background in graphic or digital design alongside UX/UI
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design and accessibility principles
  • Experience designing for complex or content-heavy environments
  • Confident working from wireframes through to high-fidelity UI
  • Comfortable collaborating within cross-disciplinary teams
  • Experience with Figma (or equivalent)

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with design systems and scalable component libraries
  • Experience designing dashboards or self-service platforms
  • Experience with Figma, including interactive prototyping and motion
  • Skills in animation, interactive elements, or WebGL
  • Strong ideation and problem-solving skills, with an understanding of business needs
