About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and adaptable individual who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing professional assistance with enquiries and guiding them through the motor vehicle claims process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinate and manage motor vehicle insurance claims from lodgment to finalisation
  • Communicate effectively with insurers, repairers, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and update claim files
  • Assist with administrative duties and general office support as required
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong multitasking and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Previous experience in motor vehicle claims highly regarded
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry advantageous
  • Proficiency with email correspondence and basic computer applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
