About the Role:

We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This is a fast-paced, rewarding role at the heart of an organisation transforming for the future of aged care. You will be the cornerstone of executive operations; the go-to person who keeps things running seamlessly.

  • Provide high level executive and administrative support across the CEO and ELT.
  • Manage complex diaries, board and committee schedules, travel and confidential correspondence.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, agendas, papers, minutes and follow up actions.
  • Support corporate governance activities and executive reporting.
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems before they surface and ensure our leaders are always one step ahead.
  • Create order out of complexity with professionalism, precision and warmth.

Skills and Experiences:

Key Role Requirements:

You are proactive, digitally savvy and thrive in environments where no two days are the same. You bring:

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast paced setting.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills; written, verbal and interpersonal.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital tools (Teams, SharePoint, BoardEffect or similar).
  • A natural ability to prioritise, juggle multiple projects and maintain absolute confidentiality.
  • A solutions mindset, initiative to act without being asked and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
  • Permanent Working rights within Australia.
  • National Police Clearance.
