Background:

Nature Play Solutions creates amazing play spaces.  Our team includes landscape designers, through to landscape construction staff.  Our sister company, lyPa creates the play equipment that we install in our play spaces.

We are busy and are looking to employ more staff to join our site team - landscapers, carpenters and concreters are all needed

We are also keen to hire more landscaping apprentices, so if you want to be paid to learn, have your TAFE fees covered, and get into a highly satisfying role with great mentors, this might be for you.  If you are hardworking, energetic and can follow instructions well, contact us and chat to see if this is the career move for you.

Please note for landscapers - we are more than just a weeding and mowing company - we build play spaces and the work is a lot more involved - if you want to just do weeding and mowing, we do not have the right role for you.

Some essentials that will help you succeed:

  • Strong ability to plan and organise, follow instructions well
  • Work well independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive approach to safety
  • Will pass drug and alcohol screening
  • Hard working attitude with strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Be physically fit
  • Have a white card
  • Have or happy to get: Police Clearance
  • Manual Drivers License and own car to get to site

For landscapers, it would be great if you have the following:

  • Reticulation design and installation experience
  • Forklift, bobcat and/or mini-excavator experience
  • Site set out skills
  • Be confident in both hard and soft landscaping

We are keen to support our staff in their learning and development, and provide training and tickets for relevant machinery when required.
