About the role

Reporting to the Product Owner, this initial 6-month role sits within a long-term program, supporting Business Analysts and collaborating with technology teams and key stakeholders. You'll drive digital transformation initiatives within the Claims function, working with Guidewire systems to enhance business processes and customer experience.

Duties/Key responsibilities

  • Analyse business processes and technology platforms to recommend improvements
  • Gather, interpret, and present data insights to support decision-making
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and shape analysis activity
  • Participate in backlog analysis, QA support, and defect triage
  • Contribute to continuous improvement within agile delivery

Skills and experience

  • 4+ years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst in the insurance sector
  • Guidewire InsuranceSuite experience desirable
  • Strong skills in process, data, systems, and business analysis
  • Experience with digital transformation and agile delivery
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
