ABOUT THE ROLE

They're currently seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to join our Melbourne-based team and play a key role supporting AWS environments across multiple clients. You'll work with a talented crew of engineers, solve meaningful problems, and learn from some of the best in the business.

This is a hands-on, client-facing support role focused on diagnosing and resolving cloud infrastructure issues, maintaining AWS environments, and improving system performance. You will have a lead a couple year of experience building and working with EC2, S3 and or VP3 and seeking to grow. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build environments with EC2 & S3.
  • Respond to incidents and support requests across AWS environments.
  • Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues and escalate when needed.
  • Use monitoring tools to maintain performance and uptime.
  • Support patching, backups, updates, and environment documentation.
  • Help customers get the most out of their AWS stack.
  • Work closely with engineers and clients to drive improvements.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years' experience in a technical/cloud support role.
  • Strong hands-on AWS experience (EC2, S3, IAM, etc.)
  • Comfortable with incident resolution and service desk tools.
  • Understanding of cloud security best practices.
  • Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset.
  • Bonus: scripting or automation skills (e.g. Python, Bash).
