As Technical Lead you'll provide strategic technical leadership across enterprise-wide projects, including the rollout of a major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring seamless integration, optimisation, and alignment with our organisational goals.
Acting as the bridge between technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders, you'll oversee scalable, fit-for-purpose solutions while driving architectural consistency and best practices across all initiatives. Join us to lead the technology backbone of CESL's future success.
Join our new Program Delivery Team in this exciting, ongoing full-time role reporting to the Head of Program Delivery.

The CESL Office Team comprises of close to 150 employees working across 7 key functional areas, supporting over 50 schools and early childhood centres within the Sandhurst Diocese. We are a supportive and friendly team who are committed to working collaboratively with our schools to achieve the best outcomes possible for our students. With office locations in Bendigo, Wangaratta and Tatura.

- Proven technical leadership in large-scale implementation projects
- Strong knowledge of software development, enterprise architecture, and systems integration
- Skilled in technical project management
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and performance improvement
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder and team collaboration skills
- Advanced digital literacy across Microsoft 365 and documentation tools
- Familiar with ERP systems, project delivery frameworks, and change management practices

In 2025, a diocesan first, a comprehensive and exciting new learning and teaching program was simultaneously launched across over 50 Catholic schools in the Sandhurst Diocese.
