Technical Excellence Professional

A key role in our organization is driving the adoption and consumption of ServiceNow products within project teams.

This position plays a pivotal part in customer satisfaction, adoption, and growth of ServiceNow investments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leads all technical aspects of project delivery, presenting concepts to stakeholders using excellent communication skills.
  • Configures applications, workflows, and user interfaces in culturally diverse project teams with customer-centric interpersonal skills.
  • Identifies customer use cases, requirements, and inputs for successful deployment during customer meetings and workshops.
  • Mentors colleagues, customers, and delivery partners in configuration best practices for infrastructure management and IT service management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong technical understanding of infrastructure and operations management, along with demonstrated experience in influencing and consulting.
  • Experience and certification in at least three of the following product areas:
    • ServiceNow Administration (Certified System Administrator)
    • IT Service Management (ITSM - Certified Implementation Specialist)
    • Hardware Asset Management (Hardware Asset Management – Certified Implementation Specialist)
    • Software Asset Management (Software Asset Management – Certified Implementation Specialist)
    • Discovery (Discovery – Certified Implementation Specialist)
    • Service Mapping (Service Mapping – Certified Implementation Specialist)
    • Event Management (Event Management – Certified Implementation Specialist)
    • Cloud Management (Cloud Provisioning and Governance – Certified Implementation Specialist)
