You'll work closely with business stakeholders, IT, and external partners to deliver robust system enhancements and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where technology and business operations intersect, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Configure and maintain UKG Pro WFM modules (Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduler, Accruals, etc.) to meet evolving business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document configuration needs and system enhancements.
- Conduct unit testing, UAT, regression testing, and deployment of new functions and configurations.
- Create and maintain documentation of configurations, workflows, and data mapping.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, pay policies, and organisational standards.
- Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing support to business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating as needed.
- Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure accurate data flow between systems.
Are you the one?
We're looking for a proactive and technically skilled professional with a strong understanding of workforce management systems. You'll bring hands-on experience in configuring and supporting UKG Pro WFM, a passion for problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
The ideal candidate can demonstrate:
- 4+ years' experience with Time and Attendance systems, ideally UKG Pro WFM.
- Strong hands-on skills in timekeeping, scheduling, accrual, and pay rule configuration.
- Proven ability to investigate and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Experience in process definition, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurations.
- Experience with testing (unit, UAT, regression) and deployment of new system functions.
- Strong documentation skills for configuration, workflows, and data mapping.
- Ability to deliver end-user training and support.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels.
Competencies:
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to prepare reports and engage effectively with stakeholders from senior managers to operators.
- Innovation and Change: Creative problem-solving skills, willingness to challenge the status quo, and ability to identify and implement improvements.
- Planning and Organising: Strong time management, effective scheduling, and attention to detail to ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
- Customer Focus: Commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs, ensuring high standards of service.
- Teamwork and Diversity: Collaborative approach, working towards common goals in an inclusive and open manner.
- Outcome Orientation: Ability to set and achieve challenging objectives, take initiative, and deliver clear results.
