We are a leading precast concrete manufacturer specializing in high-quality, custom-built concrete pits and structures. Our facility is busy, fast-paced, and safety-focused, with a tight-knit crew producing some of the most technically challenging and bespoke precast components in the industry.

About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Form worker to join our factory team. You will be responsible for setting up formwork for the casting of concrete pits and other structural components. The role includes both stick building (custom timber formwork) and the use of modular/proprietary formwork systems such as Acrow, Peri, Doka, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret shop drawings and set out forms accordingly
• Assemble and strip down formwork (stick built and proprietary)
• Work efficiently with the reinforcement and concrete teams
• Ensure high standards of dimensional accuracy and finish
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Collaborate with other team members and supervisors

About You

• Proven experience as a formworker, ideally in a precast environment
• Confident with both timber stick build and proprietary modular systems (Acrow, etc.)
• Ability to read technical drawings and set out accurately
• High attention to detail and quality
• Punctual, reliable, and a strong team player
• Safety conscious and able to follow procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• White Card (Construction Induction)
• Forklift license and/or overhead crane experience (an advantage)
• Previous experience in concrete or civil construction
