Our large format stores offer customers a comprehensive range of health and medicinal products. We aim to maintain high levels of professional services and advice.

**About the role**:
Good Price Pharmacy Albion Park Rail is seeking a highly motivated, mature individual(s) to fulfil a full-time role as for Pharmacy work.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work full-time hours
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficient in using inventory management software; POS Works, and dispensary software; LOTS Dispensary (or ability to adapt efficiently to new software)

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering professional and friendly customer service
- Providing customers with advice on over-the-counter medications
- Operating cash registers and EFTPOS machines
- Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace
- Inventory control; ordering and rotating stock, as well as managing and maintaining appropriate stock levels
- Assist retail manager in daily tasks
- Keeping accurate records of inventory and sales
- Answering phone calls and assisting with enquiries
- Assist with prescription procedures: eg. taking scripts in and serving scripts out

**Skills and Experience**:

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous retail and customer service experience _(required)_
- Community pharmacy experience _(preferred)_
- EFTPOS, point of sale and cash handling experience _(essential)_
- Certificate II, III, or IV in Community Pharmacy and/or completion of the qualification of Support the Supply of Pharmacy Medicines and Pharmacists' Only Medicines (S2&S3) _(preferred but not essential)_
