Saffron Healthcare delivers personalised disability supports focused on respect, choice and independence. We work across in-home care, community participation and Supported Independent Living (SIL), and we're growing our team of reliable, caring support workers.

Role Snapshot

You'll provide person-centred, practical support that helps NDIS participants live more independently and enjoy community life. Shifts include weekdays, weekends, evenings and sleepovers — with both in-home and SIL roles available.

Key Tasks

Assist with personal care and daily living tasks

Help with meal preparation and household routines

Support community access and social participation

Provide transport to appointments and activities

Encourage skills-building, independence and wellbeing

Maintain accurate records and report client progress

Who We're Looking For

People-centred, respectful and professional approach

Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Reliable, proactive and empathetic demeanour

Prior disability experience is an advantage but not essential — we provide training

Essential Checks & Qualifications

NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain)

First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)

Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willing to obtain)

Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred)

Cert III/IV in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent (preferred)

All offers are subject to standard pre-employment checks. Candidates who can be safely vaccinated against COVID-19 will be required to be vaccinated.
