The opportunity

Spanline Home Additions Mid Coast is seeking experienced Carpenters/Builders to join our team in Port Macquarie, NSW. As a Carpenter/Builder, you will be responsible for constructing high-quality patios, glass rooms, and decks for our valued customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Interpret building plans and blueprints to construct patios, glass rooms, and decks to the highest standards
  • Use carpentry tools and equipment safely and efficiently to build structures
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout the construction process
  • Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during the construction phase
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Carpenter or Builder, preferably in the construction of patios, glass rooms, and decks
  • Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and safety protocols
  • Ability to read and interpret building plans
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the team and clients
