WHAT IS BFT?

BFT stands for Body Fit Training. A group training model that blends strength, cardio, and conditioning with performance tracking and progression.

It's structured, programmed, and backed by science.

This isn't bootcamp. It's not freestyle HIIT. It's not one-on-one PT either.

Every session is planned. Every coach is briefed.

Members come to train with intent and they trust our coaches to guide them with clarity and care.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Certificate III and IV in Fitness (essential)
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • Current WWVP or ability to attain
  • Minimum 1–2 years of group coaching experience
  • High-level people skills and emotional intelligence
  • Confidence delivering to all fitness levels
  • Open to feedback, mentorship, and team-based delivery

++Experience with BFT or similar structured training environments is a plus.
