The Role

As a Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor (Contractor), you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact while running your own business within our supportive community. You'll also work with an extensive member base eager for your expertise and guidance. Situated in a prime location, we attract a high volume of new members each month which in turn provides a steady flow of potential clients for you, all you need to do is what you love, help people change their lives This is a contracted position with limitless opportunity for a highly motivated candidate looking to succeed.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Delivering personalised training sessions that motivate and challenge members
• Creating a positive and engaging environment for clients to thrive
• Building strong relationships with members to foster a sense of community

• Proactively seeking opportunities to enhance member experiences

• If considered for the role, you'll need these requirements:

• Cert III and Cert IV in Personal Training or higher

• First Aid & CPR

• Police Check

• Working with Children Clearance/WWVP Check

About You

You're a dedicated fitness professional with a desire to inspire others. You bring:

• Previous experience in Personal Training, Group Facilitation and client assessments.
• Proven success in building and sustaining a client base
• Highly motivated
• Have a passion to succeed
• Exceptional customer service and sales skills
• Work well as part of a team
• Flexibility and willingness to step outside the bounds of the role
• Be passionate about health and fitness and changing people's lives
• Proactive, organised and driven to achieve goals
• High level of integrity
• Can-do attitude
