The Opportunity

As a Project Manager at InfoConsulting, you'll take ownership of multiple projects — ensuring they're delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You'll lead talented consultants, work directly with clients, and play a key role in maintaining long-term customer success and satisfaction.

This is a hands-on, rewarding role suited to a professional who thrives on collaboration, leadership, and driving measurable outcomes.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for ERP, SaaS, and technology implementations.

  • Manage project scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation for successful outcomes.

  • Coach and mentor consultants to enhance capability, productivity, and team performance.

  • Partner closely with Account and Sales teams to drive growth with existing and new clients.

  • Manage project governance, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare project forecasts, reports, and profitability insights for leadership.

  • Support pre-sales, scoping, and Statements of Work (SOW) development.

  • Occasionally travel interstate or overseas for client engagements and workshops.

About You

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience managing enterprise-level IT, ERP, or SaaS projects.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage project profitability and risk.

  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, IT, or Commerce (preferred).

  • PMI, PMP, or PRINCE2 certification highly regarded.

  • A proactive, analytical, and solutions-focused mindset.
