OUR TEAM
Our Explosive Ordnance Services team enables the Australian Defence Force through storage, distribution, maintenance and disposal of these systems, all across Australia. As a turnkey solution, we offer the opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of our business operations, creating huge opportunities for growth.
Within our logistics services business there are 17+ depots throughout Australia, allowing various development and progression opportunities.
YOUR ROLE
We're looking for a team player with a calm and professional manner, who enjoys solving problems, working collaboratively, and keeping our facilities secure and compliant.
In this role, you'll support the Security Manager in maintaining building security compliance and accreditation, managing physical and electronic security systems, and ensuring we meet Defence security standards and policies. You'll help oversee security system upgrades, coordinate site inspections, and help keep our facilities audit-ready.
Working from our Orchard Hills site, on Darug land, your role purpose is to -
- Manage Facility Security: Maintain and oversee building physical security controls, ensure ongoing compliance, and assist in facility security improvement projects
- EEUM Program Compliance: Coordinate compliance with Enhanced End-Use Monitoring (EEUM) protocols, including annual inspections, site certifications, and storage requirements
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal teams, ADF stakeholders, Thales Security to deliver high-value services
- Analytical Tasks: Use tools like Excel, Service Now, SharePoint, and Intelex for data management, analysis, and reporting
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Diploma in Security Management or Project Management (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong Attitude: Approaches challenges with positivity, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence
- Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication abilities; comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
