Join the Myer Eastern Creek DC team, in the pivotal role of DC Administrator.

Be a key contributor to operational excellence - manage essential administrative and operational functions, including:

  • Overseeing site administration, financial reporting, invoicing, Safe Work Practices (SWP) and compliance requirements
  • Leading and supporting the administration team to ensure high performance and collaboration
  • Managing payroll processing and time and attendance systems (Kronos) to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Reviewing and analyzing site performance data, recommending and implementing corrective actions
  • Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and cost forecasts
  • Preparing capital expenditure (CAPEX) submissions and conducting reviews
  • Ensuring adherence to pallet management procedures
  • Managing invoice processing and financial documentation
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or financial reporting role within a large organisation
  • Strong understanding of annual reporting cycles and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in accounts payable, receivable, and invoicing processes
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong analytical, literacy and numeracy skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with strong literacy and numeracy capabilities
  • Effective time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • A proactive, customer-focused attitude with a collaborative approach
  • Willingness to take hands-on role and work across the broader DC teams
  • Solid understanding of supply chain operations
