Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Financial Controller located in Brisbane, QLD with flexibility for some work from home. The Senior Financial Controller will oversee financial reporting, prepare and analyze financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities include managing accounting operations, developing budgets, conducting financial analysis, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions. The role requires a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, as well as excellent analytical skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in financial statements, financial reporting, and accounting
  • Excellent analytical skills and finance knowledge
  • Ability to prepare and interpret complex financial data
  • Experience with budgeting and financial analysis
  • Professional accountancy qualifications such as CPA, CA, or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
  • Experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
