--- About the Role We are seeking dedicated and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. You will support NDIS participants to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives, both at home and in the community.
--- Key Responsibilities Provide personal care, daily living assistance, and companionship. Support participants in accessing the community, appointments, and social activities. Assist with meal preparation, household tasks, and medication prompts. Encourage independence, personal growth, and goal achievement. Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
--- Essential Requirements Current NDIS Worker Screening Check Current Blue Card / Working with Children Check First Aid and CPR Certificate Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance NDIS Worker Orientation Module completion certificate Good communication and interpersonal skills Empathetic, patient, and reliable attitude --- Desirable Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Community Services Previous experience working with NDIS participants --- Why Join Us Supportive and inclusive team culture Flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle Ongoing training and career development opportunities Rewarding work that makes a real difference in people's lives
