About the Role: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from identifying new business opportunities to delivering outstanding recruitment outcomes. You'll have the autonomy to build your portfolio while leveraging our brand reputation and industry connections to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs.

  • Utilise various recruitment platforms and tools to attract top talent.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

About You: We're looking for a driven and results-oriented professional with a proven track record in recruitment. To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within mining, resources, renewables and heavy industry sectors or come from a strong sales & customer service background.

  • Experience in building remarkable rapport with internal stakeholders, candidates and clients.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

  • A self-motivated approach with a passion for achieving targets and delivering results.
