What we're looking for:
We're looking for someone with strong admin experience who's ready to grow into a Recruitment Consultant role. You'll be supported every step of the way as you learn the ropes and take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing top talent to partnering with clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Maintain and update employee records, including drivers licenses, inductions, and medical renewals.

  • Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team.

  • Assist with ensuring compliance with workforce documentation and policies.

  • Learning the recruitment process from the ground up with full training and support.

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs.

  • Utilise various recruitment platforms and tools to attract top talent.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
