We are currently seeking an Master Data Specialistto join a global finance transformation program, based in Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of digitalising finance processes and supporting the rollout of cutting-edge technologies including SAP S/4 HANA, Ariba, and Power BI.

As part of the global finance optimisation team, you'll play a pivotal role in implementing Master Data Management (MDM) processes and data models locally, while collaborating with stakeholders across both Australia and international regions. This position is central to the successful rollout of major global projects and will give you exposure to complex business environments, best practice process design, and global system integration.

The initial contact will be for 14 months with high proability of extension

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead data cleansing, migration, and quality assurance activities.
  • Assess current master data processes and identify gaps against global models.
  • Design and validate target MDM processes and solutions with local stakeholders.
  • Manage and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

About You

  • 5 + in Master Data, Finance, or IT project roles, ideally with SAP exposure.
  • Strong understanding of master data processes, governance, and controls.

  • Background in process design, finance transformation, or ERP system implementation.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work in diverse, project-driven environments.

  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Able to manage competing priorities under time pressure.
